Redbridge Quay Phase Two is the latest residential development within the Northbank neighbourhood of Wirral Waters, following the successful completion of the award-winning Miller’s Quay. This next phase continues the transformation of Dock Road into a vibrant waterside community, delivering high-quality homes with sustainability and placemaking at their core. A formal Planning Application was submitted to Wirral Council in April 2025.
Developed as a joint venture between Qualis Developments and the Forshaw Group, Redbridge Quay Phase Two will be the next available residential scheme along Dock Road. The project comprises 84 one-bedroom apartments and six three-bedroom apartments across six four-storey buildings, each featuring pitched roofs and architectural designs inspired by the area’s rich dockland heritage. The scheme has been shaped to complement neighbouring developments, including Phase One of Redbridge Quay, Miller’s Quay, and the regenerated Grade II listed former grain warehouses at East Float.
Each apartment is designed with sustainability in mind. Residents will also be just a short walk from the new 4,300 sq ft Sainsbury’s Local at the corner of Dock Road and Duke Street.
