Hythe

A modern and sustainable office building in the heart of Wirral Waters.

Hythe

Description

Hythe is the first Grade A office building to be developed speculatively on the Wirral for over a decade.

hythe has been designed by award winning architects Glenn Howells, to maximise on stunning panoramic views, showcasing both the Wirral Waters waterfront, and Liverpool City skyline.

hythe holds the highest standards in sustainability with a BREEAM-Excellent rating, placing it in the top 10% of all buildings for green credentials.

The business hub, named after the Old English for ‘a landing place or small harbour for ships or boats’, is a place of still and calm, with open space and views.

hythe sits within the growing Four Bridges neighbourhood, home to the Wirral Met College and Kingsgate, and alongside future projects starting onsite in the coming months, like the Egerton Village creative arts hub. Four Bridges will continue to grow over the coming years and become a thriving, sustainable community.

Health and Wellbeing is at the heart of Wirral Waters and the Four Bridges neighbourhood. At hythe, you are surrounded by a brand new streetscape on Tower Road, completed February 2021, designed for active travel and with health and wellbeing as a top priority. 130 new trees have been planted, with more to come across Wirral Waters, along with new public realm and pocket parks.

Reflective of the space around it, hythe offers a culture that breathes positivity and creativity.

Please contact Wirral Borough Council if you are interested in leasing space in hythe.
