Urban Splash’s new Row House will be launched this Spring at Wirral Waters’ East Float neighbourhood as part of the joint venture between Peel L&P and Urban Splash.
Designed by Liverpool-based architect, ShedKM, the two, two and a half and three storey houses will create a unique undulating streetscape that brings the traditional Victorian terrace house into the 21st century.
The Row House represents a modern mews house, or ‘Urban Cottage’ and comes in a choice of three sizes with identical footprints. The houses, built in Urban Splash’s modular factory, can be customised to suit the buyer’s needs.
Every Row House at East Float will have a private rear terrace as well as shared communal gardens, helping the community to flourish.
